To make your LaceMarry experience as smooth as possible, I will assist you and answer your questions with my suggestions from the beginning until you receive your dress. But this is not the end. I am a Dressmaker and I don't stock my Dresses. All of my Dresses are made to order and I make them in your custom measurements with your custom requirements (if any). I strictly follow the measurements I receive and I implement your custom requirements (if any) as possible as practically can do. That's why it's very important for me if you follow my measurement instructions here and get them with help of a Professional Tailor.
All of my Professional Effort and Care is to make Your Dress fit You well and the most important part of providing this is taking the most accurate measurements. That's why, It's very IMPORTANT for me if you follow my measurement instructions.
However, Due to Nature of Custom Orders, when you receive your dress you may need some alterations. I suggest you to plan for alterations with help of a local tailor and YOUR BUDGET ACCORDINGLY.
When you will receive your dress, if something makes you unhappy, You must let me know about it in 3 DAYS after you receive your package and let’s talk and understand what is the issue.
It would take around 2-5 Days to complete an inspection and reply back to you.
If there is a mistake from MY SIDE then I can accept a return for fix, remake or refund. The returned dress should be in completely new, unworn, good condition (no dirt, no perfume, no lipstick no cigarette smell, no stain, no damage etc.) and it's in original package. The return needs to be made in 3 Days upon the agreement of return.
But please understand, I cannot refund RETURN SHIPPING cost.
Also I cannot accept Returns or Refunds on following situations:
- If your event is canceled or you changed your mind.
If you pass me wrong measurements.
If you complain that ''I made your dress in wrong measurements than you sent me'', then you should provide me pictures of your dress with measurement tape while you wear it, with assist of a professional seamstress.
- If your measurements changed due to weight gain or loss.
If your dress is damaged because of wrong ironing or washing methods.

- If you pass me wrong shipping details.
- If you contact me about your issue in longer time than 3 DAYS after you received your package.
- If you don't return your dress in 3 Days upon the agreement of return.
- If you return before my confirm (a return MUST be confirmed/accepted from my side and only after my confirm/accept it can be returned).
ANY RETURN WITHOUT MY CONFIRM/ACCEPT WILL NOT be refunded.
I can't accept a return or refund if the reason is you didn't like the style.
Please understand, If you are not sure about which style fits your body type more, then please Contact Me and I will assist you to make your correct decision.
- Rush service fees are not refundable.
- Custom Orders are not refundable.
Definition of Custom Order: All Orders made in Custom Measurements or with Custom Requirements are Custom Orders.
For any reason, If a Custom Order (Non Rush) is requested to be cancelled within 7 Days after it's placed, then I can only refund 70% of the order amount.
But after 7 Days, Custom Orders may not be subject to cancel.
Because after I received an order, I arrange the necessary materials Fabrics as soon as possible. Hoping for your understanding about this.
- In case of return or order cancellation your payment will be refunded within 3 Days. Please note that there will be 5% Fee deducted from the total sum you originally paid. It is PayPal service fee which is non-refundable for us in anyway.
Although I attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, I cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.
30% restocking fee are charged on the dress returned if it is a Standard Size made to Order. (Shipping fees are not refundable and Return Shipping is Buyer's responsibility)
50% restocking fee are charged if it is a Custom Measurements Order.
(Shipping fees are not refundable and Return Shipping is Buyer's responsibility)
Sample sales are not refundable/returnable.
Please kindly note that I cannot responsible for delays due to customs. Also once it's shipped, I cannot responsible for delays/lost items.
Orders with Payment Plan cannot cancel or refund.
Once the Payment Plan is agreed, price is locked and cannot affect from future increases or discounts.
